Our Call Center Agents handle incoming orders, interact with third party providers, assist in solving guest concerns, and support the restaurant operations team. A Call Center Agent is the communication liaison of our team, making sure every customer has a great experience. If you are outgoing and friendly, efficient with computer entry, and have strong verbal communication skills, we look forward to speaking with you about joining our team!

Requirements:

  • Provide excellent customer service experience for customers
  • Answer calls and input orders (customer/catering)
  • Provide information to callers regarding menus and services.
  • Support customer retention & recovery
  • Online brand reputation support (Respond to reviews, escalate issues, etc.)
  • Assist in delivery dispatch and tracking, for all restaurant locations
  • An evolving role, that may include responsibilities not listed above.
